Dear SBC Internet Services Customer,

On Saturday, 9/20/03, SBC Internet Services will be performing system upgrades that will effect your Dial and/or DSL service. During the scheduled timeframes for these upgrades (see below), you will not be able to change your password, register, change personal information, create sub-accounts, change your method of payment, or change bill plans.

System Upgrade Date: 9/20/03 - 9/21/03
System Upgrade Time: 9pm-7am PST, 11pm-9am CST, Midnight-10am EST
Domains Affected: sbcglobal.net (not SNET), pacbell.net, nvbell.net, swbell.net, prodigy.net, flash.net, wans.net

We apologize for this inconvenience and will complete this upgrade as quickly as possible.
