Billing for Southwestern Bell Internet Dial-up Service
Southwestern Bell Internet subscribers are billed monthly or annually, either to your credit card or to your phone bill. Charging Internet access to your phone bill is only an option if you are located in Southwestern Bell territory (live in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma or Texas). You can change your payment method (credit card or phone bill) online using our Change Billing Information tool.
Each month, subscribers are charged a monthly fee to cover service for the upcoming month. Credit card customers will see these charges as a single line item. Southwestern Bell phone bills will have more detail.
If you charge our service to your Southwestern Bell phone bill you will see your Southwestern Bell Internet charges included in the total charges on the first page. Additionally, there is a separate detail page.
